ACF Continuing Education Classes

Boot Camp for Artists

Our Boot Camps are held twice a year, in April and November, and provide artists from around the world a place to learn and network. Our classes provide Continuing Education Hours (CEHs) for the American Culinary Federation and Certification Points for the National Ice Carving Association. Classes are taught by masters in their fields and hosted by Aaron Costic of Elegant Ice Creation. Students learn at a picturesque resort near Charleston, West Virginia, that provides easy access and lodging to carvers from around the world
